3. Shipping and Delivery

If a customer fails to collect the shipment from the carrier, additional fees may apply for re-shipping the order.
4. Exchange and Return Policy

Condition : Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact).
Exclusions : For hygiene reasons, innerwear and certain accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a clear manufacturing defect.
Costs : The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
