General Terms & Processing Times

Timeframe : Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 Days from the date the order was delivered to the customer.

Product Condition : Items must be in their Original Condition as delivered (unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging).

Refund Processing : Please allow 10 Business Days for the refund process to be completed.
Fees and Charges

Returns : Shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount before the refund is issued.

Exchanges : The customer is responsible for the delivery fees associated with the replacement shipment.
Exceptional Cases
The customer will be exempted from all fees (both refund deductions and exchange shipping costs), and PLUVIA will cover the full costs Only in the following cases:

The Wrong Model or Incorrect Size was sent by mistake (differing from the customer’s original order).
